I'm a technology executive with a deep foundation in data science and software engineering. As the first Chief AI Officer, I work directly with enterprise clients to move them from AI experimentation to AI-driven operations - while simultaneously shaping internal AI strategy and capabilities to ensure we deliver from a position of genuine strength.

Previously, I served as Chief Innovation Officer at Stova, where I built a data-driven technology organization from the ground up - establishing the enterprise data infrastructure and advancing their AI capabilities to power smarter product and business decisions. Prior to that, at Diligent and Steele Compliance Solutions, I helped develop a leading third-party risk management solution used across highly regulated industries including healthcare, financial services, and higher education. I am also the founder of Kilcullen Technologies, where I advise organizations on architecture, cloud systems, and AI/ML strategy - helping them derisk current initiatives and build lasting leverage through sound strategy.
